The selection and retention of qualified suppliers is controlled through the following four-step practice:

• Pre-Qualification Process along with Plant Visits  & Audits
• Ongoing Performance Monitoring
• Closed Loop Corrective Action Plans
• Engagement in the QCC Quality Systems

Traceability of supplier conformance to our customers’ specifications is monitored and controlled through audit surveillance per our ISO procedures.
