Through Advanced Quality Planning (AQP), QCC identifies the quality expectations of each project and establishes processes to meet them. Detailed formal procedures are written to control design changes, documentation, and testing. Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) is used to reduce potential failure modes. Consistent use of best practices in Statistical Process Control (SPC) ensures every product passes stringent quality control requirements. We are experienced in the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), our QC division is ISO9001:2008 and ISO13485 certified; and our Qualiseal Technology division is AS9100 certified and PRI registered.
