The unique QCC team approach to project management ensures total control of your program. Comprised of management, sales, engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance and materials staff, your QCC team of experts guides the information processing, communication, resource negotiations, incremental and modular planning required to reach attainable milestones for each project.

Acting as the main interface between the customer and QCC, the project manager's role is paramount. Project managers monitor production schedules, and overall project progress and budgetary issues, while maintaining an open line of communication with each customer.
